Below are Making Miley's terms and conditions policy when booking any and all custom commission orders. Before you work with us, please read and sign the following:

1. I understand that by purchasing my Floral Preservation piece I give the artist creative liberty to design the bouquet how the artist believes will look best. Customizations will be sent for approval, but Making Miley Design & Co. has the final say on the design.

2. I understand that I am responsible for shipping or dropping off my bouquet to Making Miley Design & Co.

3. I understand that my custom commission is non-refundable.

4. I understand that my bouquet will be worked with-in the condition it is sent.

5. I understand that my bouquet will be worked with in the condition that it is received. Making Miley is not liable for flowers & the condition they show up in. This includes but is not limited to: flowers lost during shipping, late bookings, and dropped off after a previously scheduled drop-off time.

6. I understand that if my bouquet arrives and is deemed unworkable by Making Miley Design & Co. the order will be canceled, and I will receive a refund. 

7. I understand that not all flowers in my bouquet will be used due to thickness, flower condition, or lack of space in preservation. Leftovers will be discarded as property of Making Miley Design & Co. unless requested by the customer at an additional cost.

8. I understand that during the preservation process, flowers can and will change color/shade and appearance. Whites tend to turn creamy, and reds tend to darken. Making Miley Design & Co. works tirelessly to make sure your flowers are in the best condition possible; however, we reserve the right to substitute matching flowers when needed due to damage to the original flowers.

9. I understand that because of the delicate processes included in the preservation of flowers, there are delays that can cause the finish time to be delayed. The expected turnover time is eight months upon our studio receiving your flowers. Making Miley reserves the right to extend this time if needed.

10. I understand that I am responsible for labeling my bouquet and contents in my shipment box before shipping.

11.  I understand that resin can amber over time. Making Miley Design & Co. is not responsible for the coloring on your piece(s) once it leaves the Making Miley studio. Keep your floral art out of moist areas (ie bathrooms, outdoor porches) and out of direct sunlight to prevent deterioration and premature fading.

12. I understand that floral preservation is a scientific process and that many factors affect a certain preservation attempt's success. Due to the nature of resin, fresh flowers, environmental changes, and your preservation pieces being handmade, your piece is subject to bubbles and minor imperfections. Nevertheless, Making Miley Design & Co. has worked diligently to assure the best practices when minimizing bubbles and imperfections in pieces.

13. Your order serves as your consent to allow Making Miley Design & Co. or its representatives to use images created of your designs for editorial, advertising, contest, and/or exhibition usage.
